Hi I'm Eric Brook

I grew up in southeast Idaho. I am prepared to serve an honorable full-time mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years of age. I have attended one year of school at Brigham Young University - Idaho, formerly Ricks College. I enjoy spending time with my family and getting to bond more as a family of a father, mother, and six loving children.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon firstly because I was born and raised in a family that believed in the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Regardless, I am a Mormon because I chose early on in my life to follow what I felt and knew to be true, and I testify that this church is God's true church upon the earth today. I testify that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and His Atonement. And I testify that Joseph Smith is a true prophet of God, and that we now receive revelation from our Father in Heaven through a living prophet, Thomas S. Monson.

How I live my faith

I served as a full-time missionary in the California Fresno Mission for 4 months, and I am currently continuing to serve that mission in a full-time LDS Church service mission: the Family & Church History Headquarters Mission in Salt Lake City. It has been an incredible time in my life, even if it has been difficult at times. I have truly enjoyed proselytizing and helping bring others the message of the restored gospel, make the right choices, and live much happier lives. I am also really grateful for the opportunity I have to help others find their ancestors as they work on their family history.
