Hi I'm Jason

I grew up in Salt Lake City. I have worked in many fields. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love writing poetry and prose-fiction and non, sports, music & my kids. I'm starting a great new job and love spending time with my two young children, ages 2 (a feisty boy) and 4 (a beautiful, sweet girl). I've supervised call centers, managed delis and recently spent some time working on a special project for Deseret Industries. I hope to get back into school and finish college before my young ones.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have tried to find happiness in all of the wrong places and realize, more than ever, that true happiness can only come through living the principles and teachings of this gospel. When I keep the commandments life is easy and I am blessed. My family is happier and they are all proud to call me son, brother, grandson, cousin, uncle or father. Paying my tithing blesses me beyond measure and I wake every day with an excitement beyond description while I contemplate how I can best add joy and success to my life and the lives of those around me through clean living and the practice of true repentance.

How I live my faith

I fell away from my faith for an extended period of time and so I am not assigned a calling in my ward at this time. I enjoy attending meetings each Sunday and am still re-acquainting myself with the wonderful fellowship of my congregation.
