Hi I'm Claire

I grew up in a little town in Arkansas. I am the only Mormon at my high school. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love cheerleading, raising and showing pigs, and hanging out with my friends. I just recently had to move from the school I have attended my entire life to a smaller simpler school. this has been hard for me but worse could have happened. I love the opportunities that this church offers me and I hope you all could have the opportunities I have. I'm just a normal kid. We aren't weird or different in any way. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that the love that Christ and God have for us is on a personal level. I believe that their relationship with us is also personal. They know me better than I know me and the comfort that gives me is great. I believe that if we do our part then Christ will stand up for us on judgment day and say "God she believed in me, she did the best she could, so I will make up the rest." I believe in the power of prayer. I believe in missionary work. I believe in the bible. I believe in the Book of Mormon. I believe that families are the most important thing a girl could have. I want you all to understand the love I have for my family.

How I live my faith

I have been the leader of my Young Women's group since the sixth grade because I am the only one in my group. The church is very small where I am from. I live my faith by trying to be the example because for most of the people in Arkansas they have never met a Mormon and believe all of the rumors. Sometimes it is challenging because other faiths believe strongly against the LDS church so they argue with me. I try to just walk away because if others are arguing the spirit cannot dwell with contention surrounding it. I live by the scripture John 15:13 "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." This shows the love that Christ had for us to do as much as die for us so that we could have eternal life and eternal families.
