Hi I'm Bristine

I've lived in Utah all of my life. I play the violin and am a music major at school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at a university in Utah. I have played the violin since I was in elementary school and am now majoring in music with my violin. I have three older half brothers and two younger sisters. My family is the best! We are a big range of ages but love to have fun together. I have a quiet nature and am more of an observer than a talker and I love to observe all of the people around me. That's how I learn the best.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have found the most joy in learning all that is being taught in this church. I have read the Book of Mormon and I have come to know for myself that it is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that because I feel good things in my heart when I read it. I know that those feelings come from the Holy Ghost, who testifies of truth. The Book of Mormon speaks peace to me when I read it and I have felt that I am truly following Christ when I read it and apply what it is teaching. I also know that when I put my faith in Christ, He is there for me at All times. He also knows exactly what I am going through and He knows how to help me feel better. I know that God is our Loving Heavenly Father and that we are His children. I know that because I have felt His love for me. Especially when I read from the Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love to go to church. I learn so much, and have made so many friends there. While going to school, I went to church with mostly young adults and we had fun! We went to many activities during the week together and also got to serve each other every day. That's how I got to know most of the people in the ward I was attending. I loved to go to their apartments and find out how life was for them and just be with them. I felt that becoming their friend was the most important part of serving another person. Serving those people like that made me feel the most joy I have every felt in my whole life. I take comfort in the knowledge that serving others, we are serving God, our Father.
