Hi I'm Taylor

I grew up in Melba Idaho. I whitewater raft, four wheel, and play basketball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho and I just finished my first year at BYU. I love watching and playing sports and enjoy getting outdoors. I have been called to the Bulgaria, Sofia Mission Turkish speaking mission and am getting ready to serve the people of Turkey. I can't wait!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it gives me direction in my life. The hope that comes from being a part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is indescribable. I feel peace and joy knowing that our Savior suffered for all of our sins and understands all of our weaknesses. I am grateful for the knowledge I have that I can live with my family for ever and I feel blessed to be part of a family that loves and cares for each other. I know that this church has a living prophet on the Earth today that leads and guides us through the direction of our Heavenly Father, and I know that the Book of Mormon and Bible are true. I truly am grateful to be a Mormon and experience the happiness that comes with that title.

How I live my faith

Everyday, I try and become closer to our Father in Heaven and his Son Jesus Christ as I strengthen my relationship with them through scripture study and prayer. I am currently serving as a volunteer in Ankara, Turkey for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It truly is a special opportunity to constantly serve others and teach them about our Savior Jesus Christ in a land very different from my small home town of Melba Idaho. I love spreading the hope and joy that comes from knowing that we have a Father in heaven who loves us.
