Hi I'm Dayna Paul

I love music! I love to laugh! I'm from Garden Grove, CA! I'm a missionary in the Iowa Des Moines Mission! I'M A MORMON!

About Me

HELLO!!!! I'm the oldest out of 7 kids in my little family! Awesome, right? I love it! I love being the oldest! I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my whole life. One thing about me is that I love music! I play the piano, the flute, and I sing, sometimes randomly. Music is my escape from the world. It is also a way that I can express what I feel without having to say it. A lot of the music that I play are ones that remind me of my Savior and how much He knows and loves me. I come from a family where both of my parents served missions, and now it is my turn! I have been called to serve a mission in the Iowa Des Moines mission! I love it! There is no place I would rather be! I love being a missionary! I love serving God's children! I love what I do!

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in the church, it was all I ever knew. I went to church on Sundays and went to the Young Women activities on Tuesday. But it wasn't 'till high school when I finally gained a testimony and knew why I was/am a Mormon. I love this church! I love the message it brings of goodness and happiness. I love that families can be together forever and that it's not only until "death do us part." I also know who I am and where I am going, or striving to go. I am a daughter of my Father in Heaven who loves me and I truly love him. I am here to be tested and to learn how to live my life so that I can return back to Him. I am grateful that God knows that we are not perfect and that we all make mistakes, but if we turn to Him ask for forgiveness and promise to be better, He will forgive us. I know that Christ lives and He will come again in all His glory.

How I live my faith

One way that I have lived my faith is to stick to what I believe. I participate in a lot of the activities that go on in our Church and I love, love, love to serve others. I am on my mission serving the people here in Des Moines, Iowa and I love it! Being able to help people come closer to our Savior Jesus Christ, and to just serve. There is nothing I rather be doing right now than being out here in Iowa on my mission. I love the people! I love the work! I love this Gospel!

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Dayna Paul
There are three easy steps that help us know that this is God's true church. We read the Book of Mormon, we ponder His teachings, and we pray. All God asks us to do, is to ask Him our questions. "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh recieveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." (Matthew 7: 7-8) I know that if you have a desire to really know that this Church is true, and if you pray with real intent, God will answer your prayers and you will feel His love and peace surround you.
