Hi I'm Lauren

I'm a world traveler, a golfer, a big sister, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life, laughing, and spontaneity. I am the oldest of six children. I love hanging out with my family, they're the best. I love exploring the world and my own backyard. I love athletics, I'll play any sport. One of my personal favorites is golf. I also like to take and edit pictures on the side, it's a hobby of mine. I love to laugh and have fun. I put college on hold for 18 months and am currently serving a mission in Jacksonville Florida. I love my mission and I love being able to bring the happiness that I have to this area of the world. There is nothing better I could be doing with my time right now. I love all of the seasons winter, spring, summer, and fall. I'm a world champion eater. Not really, but I could give anyone a run for their money. I love seeing all of the world that God has created for us. My family and the Gospel of Jesus Christ make me happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life and it makes me happy. I love knowing that Jesus Christ lives and that this is his restored gospel. I love the service that the church provides to others and how the church not only cares and helps their own members but they try and help everyone all over the world. I love being able to communicate with my Heavenly Father. It brings me peace to know that I am a daughter of God and that he knows me personally and loves me. I have prayed to my Father in Heaven and I know without a doubt that this church is true. I know who I am, I know why I am here, and I know where I am going. I also love that families can be together forever. My family is so important to me and to know that we will can be a family forever makes me try even harder to live my life in such a way that my Father in Heaven would be proud.

How I live my faith

I live my faith daily by being my best self and trying to be an example of Jesus Christ. Church isn't just about going on Sundays for me. It's a lifestyle. It is how I try to live my life each and every day. I try to become closer to my Savior and to do the things he would have me do. The best way right now that I am living my faith is that I am leaving college, family, and friends to go and serve a mission for my church for 18 months. I am going to go share with others what makes me unconditionally happy, that I love being a Mormon, that I know that Christ lives and that this is his restored church upon the earth.
