Hi I'm Erin

I love public speaking. I play college volleyball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second of five children. I love to ride horses, play volleyball and run. School is important to me; I graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa in May 2013 with a degree in business law. I love to speak in public- as long as I have time to prepare. I love to serve and help bring peace and joy into the lives of others.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior. He came to this Earth to atone for our sins so that we may return unto our Father in heaven again. I know that the Holy Ghost is a comforter and helps guide us through whatever trial and tribulation we may be going through. I have felt his pressence and guidance in my life countless times. He has saved me from evil and has helped me through the tough times even when I thought there was no hope. I know that the Book of Mormon is the keystone of our religion and was translated by out prohpet Joseph Smith, who was called of God to restore the full gospel to this world. I know the our Prophet Thomas S. Monson is called of God to help us through these latter-days and help prepare us for the coming of our Savior. I recently received my mission call to serve the people of Columbis, Ohio and I have never felt so much joy in my life. I know that God lives and watches over us. He loves each one of us and is so merciful. He is willing to forgive us of any sin we may have done. You may think that He cannot forgive you but He wants to. He loves you so much and will do anything to have you return to Him. I know that if we put in our best effort the Lord will help us the rest of the way. This I know and this is why I have chosen to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

As a member of my church I have been called to be a Visiting Teaching supervisor and make sure that each lady in my group as been visited and helped with any problems. I also am in charge of planning/organizing activities for single adults. I try to look for some way to serve another each week.
