Hi I'm Mason Hammer

I was raised in California. I am happy. I am a Mormon.

About Me

During high school I had three jobs that kept me very busy. I worked at a chocolate factory, an apartment complex, and at a indoor trampoline arena. I also enjoyed going on dates and hanging out with friends on the weekends. I played high school volleyball until I got knee surgery. I tore my meniscus. After high school I went to Idaho for college. My older brother and I roomed together.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I was born and raised in the church, it was my decision to stay active and continue to learn. I feel I had to be converted myself. After I was baptized at age 8, I covenanted with my father that I will follow Him. I knew that Christ was baptized himself, being a perfect man, and I too wanted to be baptized like Christ. Knowing that I have the Holy Ghost with me each and every day allows me to be genuinely happy. I know that my father lives, and I know that His beloved Son came down to this world to atone for our sins and our faults. I also know that Christ was crucified and took His life for us.

How I live my faith

I love participating in my church. Whenever I see someone who needs help, I enjoy going out of my way to help that person. I do not have a set position in my church as of right now, and not every member needs a calling to serve. I love to serve others needs. It allows me to feel loved and makes the other person feel loved as well. As a youth in the church, I was able to live my life as an example. To my non-member friends, I was able to show and act upon my standards. I believe that they respected my decisions and faith.
