Hi I'm Kendall Dean

I grew up in Idaho. I play football, participate in track and field, and am involved in competitive cheer. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I LOVE Athletics! In high school I participated in football, track and field (pole vaulting, sprints), and competitive cheerleading/ gymnastics. I love my family and I enjoy spending time with them. Some of my favorite family memories include: family reunions held at my Grandma and Grandpa's house, family vacations, sports, working concessions during the summer, hiking/fishing/camping in the McCall mountains, etc. I am currently preparing to leave on my mission where I will serve the people of Las Vegas, Nevada and invite people from that area to come unto Christ through our Gospel. When I return I plan on going to BYU-Provo to study Engineering and participate in collegiate level Track and Field.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that my Heavenly Father lives, and I know He sent his son, Jesus Christ, to atone for the sins of the world. I know that through the atonement our sins can be forgiven. I know that before this life we were all spirit bodies in Heaven, and we were sent here to Earth to learn about the gospel and use our free agency to follow God's commandments and prepare to return to our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

As I mentioned, I am currently preparing to serve a mission for the LDS church in the Nevada Las Vegas Mission. I was raised a Mormon and have been active ever since I was born. My whole family is Mormon and we help each other to stay true to our faith and follow the teachings of our leaders. I have been very involved in my church through service projects, serving in leadership positions, and teaching positions.
