Hi I'm Hannah

I am a high school student, a hiker, a reader, and a dancer. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a senior in high school. I am a student body officer and a member of the dance company at my school. I love enjoying the beauties of nature and especially love hiking. I am an avid rock collector. I also love dogs, reading, writing, choreographing, and meeting new people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am proud to be a member of the LDS church. My testimony is strong because I have seen the Lord's hand in my life time and time again. I have felt the Savior's love and forgiveness for me in the darkest of times. I am not a member of the church because my parents tell me to, or because I feel obligated to go to church. I am because I believe in this gospel without a single doubt in my mind. I haven't always been without doubt. Like many others I struggled greatly to know the truth and to find purpose in my life. But from praying, fasting, receiving blessings and studying the scriptures I found out for myself that this was the true church. Becoming truly converted to the gospel is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I feel comforted in times of need, I feel strengthened when I am overwhelmed, and I receive answers when I have questions or doubts. This world is a very confusing and tumultuous place, but in the gospel I feel a complete sense of clarity and peace. I am so blessed to feel the love my Father in heaven and my Savior feel for me on a daily basis. It has helped me through countless trials. I know that our Father in heaven is ready to pour out endless blessings to all those who wish to receive it. I know that if you have questions, doubts, insecurities, and struggles-- the Lord is waiting for you to call on Him! I love Him, and I love my Savior with all my heart. I am a student, a dancer, a leader, a sister, and a daughter of God. I am a Mormon. And I am proud to be one.

How I live my faith

I am active in the youth program at my church. I am the leader over my age group of young women. I enjoy spending time with them and serving with them. The youth in my ward are great examples to me, and together we have all learned of the gospel through words and by action. It has been so amazing to be able to serve in our community together. I feel the Spirit very strongly when I am making a difference in other people's lives alongside faithful peers.
