Hi I'm Michael T.

I grew up in white bread, South Jordan, Utah. I'm a band geek, a video game nerd, and a 4.0 student. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love music. Playing it, listening to it, writing it, all genres, it makes me happy. I play Alto, Tenor, and Bari saxophones, piano, and I'm not a half bad singer. I'm the youngest of 7 kids in an awesome family. I'm going to be serving a mission and then I'll be heading off to school in Southern Utah and I am really excited for whatever my future may hold.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know Jesus Christ lives, he is my savior, and he is always looking out for me. I know that he and my Heavenly Father have a plan for me and they love me. I know the happiness that the Church brings to me, my family, and my friends. For as long as I can remember I have known of the wonderful blessing the church has given me. My life isn't perfect by any means, but through my faith I know that any trial or obstacle that is put in my way is one that I can overcome.

How I live my faith

I have been involved in my Church community for as long as I can remember. Currently I help plan activities for boys in my neighborhood ages 16-18. It's a lot of fun and the guys are some of my best friends. Right now the biggest way I'm living my faith is by preparing to serve an LDS mission. I am really excited to serve as an ambassador for my Heavenly Father. It's a daunting task to leave my family, but I know every minute is worth it and I will be better for the experience.
