Hi I'm Aaron

I was born in Mississippi, I love cross-country and am a missionary in the Washington Everett Mission. And I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the only boy of eight children. I enjoy building robots and other electrical projects. I love my Family

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because that is what I have been directed to do by my heavenly father. I am not a member of this church because of what others told me, because it was the easy thing to do, or even because of what it teaches. I am here because it was told to me through the Holy Ghost that this is Christ's true church organized by Him and his Father and the Holy Ghost who work together for the good of all people everywhere.

How I live my faith

This church is either true or it is not. I have felt through the power of the Holy Ghost that this is God's true church restored to the earth for us today. Having that knowledge the only logical thing to do is to live it to the best that I can. To study, learn, and pray. I believe that God lives and he has promised through the scriptures and prophets that he is aware of us and loves us. I chose to serve as a full time missionary for two years because of the knowledge I have gained and the peace and good spirit that God gives freely. And I want to share that with everyone I can.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

Jesus Christ declared during his ministry that Heavenly Father gives no bad gift, that he never gives to us that which is not for our good. He truly gave us the scriptures we have as gifts. He did so to help us and to support us during our lives so we would always have his words and influence with us. When read with faith and real intent the scriptures allow us to be taught not only by the words, but by the spirit which gives better knowledge and understanding than any written word. The spirit also testifies of the truth of the scriptures and gives us peace and comfort in our lives. Show more Show less
