Hi I'm Tagart McNeil

I've lived in Utah my whole life, Im a full-time missionary, I love being outdoors, I like airplanes, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Utah. I've lived in the same house for my entire life. I grew up playing in my friend's sandboxes, jumping on their trampolines, and playing night games. I graduated high school in 2014 and was involved in Student Government, Sports, Choir, and Laughing. I have an enormous passion for music; I've been in several different choirs throughout school and have loved every minute of it. I love to play sports and do athletic activities with my friends and family. I ran track and had fun playing basketball and volleyball with friends. I've been in two musical plays and have helped behind the scenes with several others. I like to have fun. Fun is one of my biggest motivators and pleasures. I love to laugh and smile. I enjoy watching movies, tv shows, and playing video games, (in moderation). I like to spend time with my friends and being able to be myself around them. I like to make smoothies and milkshakes for those around me. I'm a bit of a geek. I like reading superhero comics, watching superhero movies, and talking about superheroes. I love airplanes. I've always wanted to be a pilot. Recently, I've decided to follow in my father's footsteps and fly airplanes vocationally. I'm seeking opportunities to take classes and learn all that I can on Aircraft.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into and raised in the LDS church. As a child I believed that church was a chore and not a privilege. I was reluctant to go and never fully understood the ramifications of what I was doing and what I had been given. Over the past few years I have undergone a change of heart and a personal conversion. I started to see how amazing life could be if I obeyed the laws and ordinances I was given. On the flip side, I saw how dismal and depressing life could be without the blessings that come from obeying these laws. I decided that it was better to be happy and joyful instead sad. I started to intently pray to my Father in Heaven, diligently study the scriptures, and faithfully attend church meetings. I sought out good friends who cared for me, held the same standards I did, and loved me for who I was. I quickly found them and they have played no small part in my life. I then decided to improve myself further by growing and developing my talents. I've become more outgoing, nicer, more patient, and more charitable. I've seen the love that my Heavenly Father has for me. I know that he cares for me and wants the best for me. I continue to be a mormon because I know without a doubt that Jesus is the Christ, He died for the sins of the world, and He loves me.

How I live my faith

I like to be aware of what is going on around me. I do this so that I can help anyone in need of it, be involved in activities, and serve wherever possible. I attend church meetings weekly on Sunday and whenever I can during the week. I participate during these meetings and occasionally help prepare of carry out these meetings. I strive to live by the commandments I have learned from a young age and set an example for everyone I come in contact with. I love my savior and redeemer with all of my heart, might, mind, and strength and want everyone to know that about me.
