Hi I'm Harrison

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm a brother and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've played football for six years. I've played the drums for five years. I'm the youngest of four children. I'm a woodworker. I plan to go to college and eventually become an aerospace engineer.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the Church my whole life. I was always thought the Church was true, but it took me a long time to finlally know that it was true. I think the moment when I knew this was the true church came when I was attending a temple dedication. When it came to a close and the hymn "The Spirit of God" was sang, the Spirit was so strong I knew this had to be the true church. The next big building block that came to my testimony was added one night as I was reading the Book of Mormon. I read 2 Nephi 7: 8-9. Never have any words come to me with such power as did these. I began to understand a little bit of the power and strength that comes to us through faith in Heavenly Father and HIs Son, Jesus Christ. This was a real turning point in my life. This was when I began to discover who I was and who I wanted to be. This is the true church. I know that without the smallest doubt in my mind. I know Jesus Christ lives, and that he attoned for our sins. Joseph Smith really did see God the Father and HIs Son, Jesus Christ in the Sacred Grove, and through the power of God, he translated the Book of Mormon. God lives and He loves everysingle one of us with a perfect love that will never fail us. These things I say in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

My family and I go to church every Sunday. My father was recently released as the bishop of our ward. I get to bless the sacrement every Sunday. I also attend seminary where I serve as the president of the seminary council, which is like the student council of the seminary. I'm the only student in my Sunday school class and I love it!
