Hi I'm Jamie

I'm a wife, high school coach and health coach who loves to sing, dance, and be outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from Brigham Young university in Exercise and Wellness. I know am a health coach and enjoy helping people reach their goals every day! I love being active and spending my time outdoors. The mountains are one of my favorite places to be. I grew up singing and dancing. I love performing and sharing my talents. In high school I was on the drill team and was able to be the captain my senior year. Now I am able to coach a high school drill team in the area. I love volunteering and doing service. Helping others brings me the greatest joy. I love being social whether it be meeting new people or spending time with family and friends. I married the love of my life in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity and can't wait to live my life with him and be a mom one day.I also love traveling the world, I think it is so important to learn about all of gods children and serve them no matter where they may be.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in a Mormon family so I knew about the church since I was a little girl. Although I knew of the faith I had to gain my own testimony. Through my youth I gained a testimony and learned that the gospel of Jesus Christ taught through the Mormon church is true. Being a Mormon brings my daily happiness and comfort. I still have many trials and not all my days are easy but at the end of the day I know why I am here and that I have a purpose and that my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ know who I am and love me. I am a Mormon because it is what brings me the greatest happiness. i have learned pure love of serving others and caring for those around me. I know that this church is true and that through the principles of this gospel we can become the person we are in the eyes of God. Through the Mormon church I have learned who I am , a daughter of God, and I am a Mormon because there is nothing else I'd rather be. As stated by Sister Ann Dibb a leader in the church, "I'm a Mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it"

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. My faith is who I am and the way in which I live my life and interact with those around me. My faith has taught me to love and serve those whom I come in contact with. Service is a way in which I live my faith. I attend church meetings and activities weekly so I can continue to learn and grow in my faith. I also try to attend the temple every week because when I am there I am able to grow closer to my Heavenly Father. I continue to try and grow on my own personal level by reading the Book of Mormon and saying daily prayers so I can always be in communication with God. Living my faith is a daily process and each day I learn how to live my faith a little more.
