Hi I'm Taylor

I am a missionary, in Fort Worth Texas. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am currently on an LDS mission, in Fort Worth, Texas. Before my mission, I worked in the LDS church's IT department as a change coordinator. I worked there for almost 9 months when I got called to the Texas, Fort Worth mission the BMW! My pre-mission hobbies include: fly fishing, road biking, longboarding, and going to the movies. When I get home from my mission I plan to return to the IT department of the church, and go to school. Eventually, I want to go into some sort of emergency/trauma medicine or in Computers and Technology.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was baptized when I was eight years old, and I didn't understand the importance of it. When I turned 13 I started to fall away from the church. I did not believe any of the teachings, or doctrine. It took a little bit, but I started to come back to church, I read from the Book of Mormon, and prayed to know if it was really true. I received my answer that the Book of Mormon is true, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God, and that I needed to serve a mission.

How I live my faith

I am currently on my LDS mission in Texas, Fort Worth, the BMW (Best Mission in the World). As missionaries, we invite others to come unto Christ. We also help out the community teaching them the restored gospel, helping with service opportunities, and being a friend. Missionaries love to do service, as well as spread the gospel to "all nations, kindreds, tongues and people".
