Hi I'm Grace.

I'm an English-born Kiwi. I'm a big sister. I love to sing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in England and raised by fantastic, loving, second-generation Latter-day Saint parents. At the age of 12, my family decided to move to the beautiful land of New Zealand and we have lived here ever since. I feel so blessed to live in a country where I can choose who and how I worship. I am an older sister to a 13-year-old brother and a 6-year-old sister. I love being a big sister and feel so blessed to be an example for them. My family is so important to me, and I love them dearly. My parents' decision to move us to the other side of the world has enriched my life in many ways. When I was 15, I was given the opportunity to travel with my high school choir to Europe, where we toured and competed. This trip really opened my eyes to how vast and wonderful our planet is, and gave me a love and passion for travelling, meeting new people, and learning new things. It also further engrained in me a love for singing and music. Worshipping my Saviour and my Father in Heaven through song is simple and beautiful- and something that I enjoy very much.

Why I am a Mormon

Many might argue that I am only a Mormon because I have been "brainwashed" from an early age to believe, or that I have been pressured into it by my believing parents. This is not the case. I am a Mormon because I know the principles and doctrines to be true. I am a Mormon because I have my own testimony of this Gospel. I am a Mormon because it sits well with my heart. I am a Mormon because I cannot deny the knowledge that I have; that I am a daughter of a living God, and that this is His only begotten son Jesus Christ's church, restored to the Earth today. I am a Mormon because I love it. I am a Mormon because I believe.

How I live my faith

Throughout my life, my parents have really emphasised to us kids the importance of being a missionary. I have never had a friend who is unaware of my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is something I am very open and unashamed about, and I love that I have been able to talk about the Gospel with so many people. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in the England London Mission. I am so very excited to share the sweet message of the restoration with the wonderful people of England, and know that my testimony will be further strengthened every day as I serve the Lord. I truly, genuinely love this Gospel and my Saviour, Jesus Christ. I know that I am a daughter of a living Father in Heaven. I know that They love and watch over me.
