Hi I'm Hannah

I grew up in Utah, I am a student-athlete. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Utah my entire life, as well as in the church my whole life. I love the church and I love getting to know people of different backgrounds. It makes me realize how big this world is and that my way is not the only way to live. There are many different ways to live and be genuinely happy. Being with family is the best place to be for me. I enjoy activities that get me out of the house and being around happy people.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is something I have grown up with and been since my birth. I am a Mormon because I love my Heavenly Father and Savior. It is the true church. Nowhere else have I felt The Spirit more than times when I am practicing my religion. I know it is true because I have had The Spirit confirm it in my heart time and time again that what this church is about is right. It is clear and simple doctrine. It is my greatest source of happiness in life.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the Mississippi Jackson Mission. It has been the greatest experience of my life thus far. At no other time in my life have I experienced more growth than I have in the short time I've been here. It's truly taught me how to LIVE the Gospel of Jesus Christ and reach out to others and help them in any way I can. Something I read that I want to echo from President Uchtdorf is "Service above Self." That rings true to me in how my duty is to be looking out for others around me and how I can serve them. That's what this Gospel is all about- reaching outward when our natural instinct is to reach inward to ourselves. Overcoming the natural man. I know through living the Gospel of Jesus Christ we can conquer temptation and overcome the natural man and succeed in this life and forever by our faith in our Savior, Jesus Christ.
