Hi I'm Brennon

I'm just like you. Right now I am serving a mission in the California Sacramento Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy lots of things. Especially being a member of the church. I like to play sports, ride bikes, play video games, and hang out with friends other church members. I play the trumpet and enjoy playing it very much. I was in my high school marching band for all four years. I am on a mission in Sacramento, California. I am very excited to be serving the Lord and the people in Sacramento.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I was baptized when I was eight years. I have chosen to stay with this religion not because I was born into it, but because I have become converted myself. I continue to follow the Savior's gospel, because it brings a greater peace and joy in my life when I follow his teachings. I have a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that God lives and Jesus is the Christ. I know that God loves us so much that he sent his son to suffer and die so that he could see us again and his son loves us so much that willfully suffered and died that he could see us again to.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. I enjoy serving in the church in many different positions. I try to help as many people as I can, in any way I can. I will be spending all of my time, in the next two years, to live my faith. Hopefully, by how I live my faith people will want to live my faith as well. I love serving the Lord, and the people here in Sacramento.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Nobody is perfect. We knew that we would mess up before we came to the earth. We knew that we needed a way to repent of our sins. Heavenly Father developed a plan where Jesus Christ would come down and perform the Atonement. Everybody can repent and be forgiven. Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ we can repent if we: Confess our sins to God and anyone that we have harmed, ask forgiveness from them, make restitution to anyone we have harmed, stop doing the things that we know to be wrong, and do our best not to sin anymore. What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Alma 34. "This life is the time for men to prepare to meet God." We came to the earth to gain a body, to learn through life experiences, choose between good and evil, and to be born into a family that we can live with forever. By following Heavenly Father's plan we can become happy and live with Him and our family forever. Show more Show less
