Hi I'm Tayler

I love music. Laughing is my favorite pastime. I can't wait to grow up and help out the world, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 19 years old and I love to meet people and make new friends. I love learning, and I look forward to the many years of college awaiting me. I love the color crimson. I enjoy playing the piano, singing, running, listening to music, arguing, reading, and dabbling in art. I love my family so much, and I am so thankful for their presence in my life. Chocolate is an amazing substance and should be properly appreciated by everyone. Through my limited but very enjoyed opportunity to travel in the world, I've really enjoyed experiencing new cultures and people. Life is such a wonderful and beautiful thing, and I can't wait to keep living it!

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I don't have a miraculous conversion story, I've had the Spirit of the Holy Ghost bear witness to me multiple times, that the Gospel is true and Jesus is the Christ. Life will have trials, sometimes they might seem too hard to bear, but God will never make us go through something we can't withstand. I absolutely can't imagine going through life without that knowledge and the rock of the gospel to lean on. Jesus Christ atoned for mine and everyone else's sins, and I am so thankful for him and the opportunity to repent which he provides. I'm so grateful for the knowledge that I can be with my family and eternal companion forever. Life is such a miraculous thing, and I look forward to continue living it.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith seven days a week. I go to church every sunday, study the scriptures each day, participate in ward activities, go to the temple whenever possible and attend religions classes in college when possible. Not only do these activities strengthen my relationship with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, but they also strengthen my relationship with other members of the church. Especially while living abroad, it is so wonderful to know there's a support system ready to encourage and help me wherever I go. The amount of time and service members of the church around the world spend on their callings amazes and inspires me. I've had a couple of opportunities to give back by serving in various teaching and musical callings. Even though it isn't much, it's wonderful to feel like part of a community. I feel so lucky and blessed to be serving a full time mission and representing Jesus Christ; I truly know that through his Atonement all things are possible.
