Hi I'm Jenna

I grew up in Texas. I have attended BYU for two years now, and have decided to go on a mission. I'm a mormon.

About Me

Though I was born in Salt Lake City, I claim Texas as my home. I was born and raised here and have loved every minute of it. I attended a private International Baccalaureate school for my four high school years, learned to work and study hard, and learned a lot about the fascinating world around me. I was on the Varsity basketball and soccer team all through high school. I loved it! I graduated and headed back up to Utah to attend BYU. I have completed 2 years there studying biology and spanish and couldn't be more happy. I've had some amazing experiences and have made and met some unbelievable people who share the same standards I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because everything about the gospel we learn and teach brings me joy. It allows me to feel joy in the happiest times of my life and joy even in the lowest times. I know my Father in Heaven loves me and wants nothing more for me then to succeed in this life and to return to Him. I know that through His love, I can overcome anything and everything. There isn't anything else in this world that brings me that kind of peace.

How I live my faith

Through out high school I was a youth advisor. I worked with kids form the ages of 12-18, planning activities that would bring them closer to each other and to God. When I went to college I continued the same thing only with the kids on my freshman class. I loved every minute of it. I also live my faith by praying, studying my scriptures, and sharing my talents.
