Hi I'm Nicholas Miner

I grew up in a small town in Utah. I grew in the church. I love working out in a farm. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love playing the drums and jamming out with some friends. I played water polo high school and loved it! I love playing any sport that requires running. I just recently finished my first year of college which was a great experience. I will be serving in the Texas San Antonio Mission starting May 29.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a person that enjoys to be happy, I hate having the feeling of depression or sadness. Recently in college I've tried going to the gym and playing sports more often to relieve stress and become happier. It was a great way to receive temporary happiness but it wasn't enough. I tried spending time with friends, but that did not seem to help either. I realized my participation in the gospel was lacking, and I wasn't as connected with my father as I needed to be. I started preparing for my mission more thoroughly and connected with Heavenly Father again. The spirit was more in my life and I was happier more often. I started spending time with my friends who were better influences so the spirit could continue to be in my life. I found myself smiling more often. Happy. And that is why I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

The previous summer, I taught a swimming and lifesaving merit badge course for local scouts. It was a great experience to work with the youth and push them to their best. After receiving the Melchizedek priesthood, I receive the opportunity to give some blessings to people in my life. Neighbors, roommates, friends, and friends of friends. It was a great learning experience, I hope I can continue performing these ordinances.
