Hi I'm Brooke Morgan Scott

I love the outdoors, meeting people, and laughing. I'm a missionary and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University in Idaho, studying Health Science to pursue Occupational Therapy. I love being outdoors and since I come from California I love being at the beach. I love being in the water and doing all different kinds of water sports. I love water skiing and have been wake-boarding for a couple years now. Recently I have decided to service a mission for the church and will be living in St.Louis Missouri for 18 months. It is a time where I get to focus completely on the gospel of Jesus Christ and helping others become closer to Him. I love every second of studying the scriptures and meeting new people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have studied the sciptures and have come to know of the truth of Jospeh Smith as a prophet of God and about the Book of Mormon which he translated. I know that by studying the sciptures I am able to grow closer to my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ. I know that by praying to our Heavenly Father we can recieve answers to our prayers when we pray with an sincere heart having a real desire to know. This gospel brings me happiness and reassurance that I am doing what I came to earth to do: to have faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repent, be baptized, recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost and endure to the end where we will be able to return to our Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday! I trust in the Lord everyday that He will take care of me and watch out for me. My faith brings me so close to my family and I love that the gospel gives me reassurance that I will live with my family forever. I show my faith by the standards that I have set for myself. I make sure that I am honest in all my dealings, obstain from tabacco, coffee, drugs and other addicting substances. I make sure that I am modest in my apperance, and every day I try to be more like our elder brother Jesus Chirst.
