Hi I'm Michael

I am from Draper, Utah. I am now serving a mission in the Guatemala Guatemala City South mission.

About Me

I have lived in Idaho and North Carolina but have spent most of my life in Utah. I am big into sports and love to watch and play most every sport. I attend Brigham Young University.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family where the gospel of Jesus Christ was the center of our life's focus. My testimony though was not given to me by my parents. Growing up, through striving to do what's right, reading the scriptures and saying prayers, a testimony grew. I know that this church is Christ's church restored on this earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is the most true book on this earth, and that by reading it we can grow nearer to God. Most of all, I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news that we can return to live with our Heavenly Father someday. If we but repent and come unto Christ, we can be saved. It is my opportunity to relay this message to all that will listen as I serve a mission.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving both those in my community and those in my ward. This is made possible through ward activities. Through ward activities, people can not only have fun but feel happy having the opportunity to serve others. This church is a great way to not only develop spirituality, but also develop friendships and to have fun.
