Hi I'm Alex

I'm a anatomy fanatic, I absolutely love sports and exercise, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a homeschooler. I love playing piano and hanging out with friends. I love studying anatomy and physiology. I love hanging out with my drama club friends and being able to put on plays with them. I love to bake and decorate cakes. I love to exercise and play sports (even though I'm not that good at them).

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the peace and strength the Gospel has given me. It shows me how much I can accomplish when I have the Lord on my side and to know that he is out there giving me strength to get through trials that I go through. I have always been able to go to the scriptures for guidance and strength. I don't just receive strength from God but from my peers. I have been able to meet lots of great people and have been able to become really good friends with them. The saying, " There comes strength in numbers.", really does hold true because I have always been able to count on my friends to help me through things that I am experiencing. I know that God is with me and that my friends really are looking out for me. I know that there is a latter day prophet and that the Book of Mormon is a testament of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I don't just believe but I know that these things are true and I know that this is the true gospel. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I talk with my friends daily about my religion. People have a lot of misconceptions about LDS people and luckily, I'm there to help sort is all out. I'm in a bible study group at my private school and I like to teach lessons that are not only in the Bible but also the Book of Mormon. I don't only talk to my friends but also people like my orthodontist and my friends parents. I was really surprised about how eager some people are to learn about out religion. I love to talk and teach about my religion and I love to see how people profit from it.
