Hi I'm Cooper

I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love the Gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student at Brigham Young University - Idaho. I am a freshman majoring in Art and Illustration. I have one older sister, a younger brother and an awesome mom and dad. I have been called to serve a mission in Brazil, Sao Paulo South, while at the same time working hard towards improving my talents and finding out how to accomplish my life goals.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. I was baptized at the age of 8, as is usual in the Mormon community and I've tried to live a life devoted to the gospel principles I have been taught since such a tender age. Being a Mormon has brought such light and happiness to my life that I know I would not be able to find in its entirety anywhere else. The Mormon gospel is my life. I would not be here, if not for the Gospel. I know that the Gospel of this church is true and that by living its precepts I have attained a greater understanding of my purpose in life and how I can return to my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

Although I do not currently have a calling in my ward I did serve as a teacher for the youth of our church from ages 8-11. I was given the opportunity to teach these bright boys and girls about the Book or Mormon and the faithful historic figures in it. My brother and I have been consistent Boyscouts and we both have earned our Eagle Scout awards. I'm not very familiar with my ward or community yet since we all just moved recently, but I look forward to getting to know everyone.
