Hi I'm Michael Clark

I live in a small town called Ephrata in Washington. I like to play basketball, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play lots of sports. My favorite is basketball, i was a 4 year high school basketball player and also team captain. I went to a year of college at BYU Idaho. I am the oldest of 4 siblings. I love life and hanging out with my good friends and learned that being happy is the best way to go. I love music, i could listen to music all day and never get tired of it. My favorite type is R&B. I love to find new music and find who i enjoy the most. I love talking to people, I try to be a outgoing person and talking to people always has just made me happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i know when i am doing what is right when i go to church and i just have this peace and happiness always with me. I know that the Lord is with me and has always been helping me through my life. The Atonement really shows that we are never alone in this life. And how grateful am i for that. And i wish everyone had the knowledge i have. I want people to know that they are never alone. That Jesus Christ did suffer for our sins and that he knows everything we are going through. And i know in my life i have tried to do things on my own. But theres a point in your life where you will realize you cant. The blessings that this gospel has given me has been beyond what i deserve. And i know by living the way that my Heavenly Father would have me live, I can be happy forever and that this gospel is the only thing that brings me true joy.

How I live my faith

I have been a president for the deacon, teacher, and priest quorums in our church. I also have taught primary to little 5 year old kids in our church. I am a home teacher and have been called to serve a full-time mission in Des Moines Iowa mission. My mission has been a huge faith builder for me. Being out here and knowing that the Lord will bless me for it has given me huge comfort. If you were to ask me a year ago, I probably would of said no im not going on a mission. I felt like i would be wasting my time and wouldnt come back a changed person. But i was wrong, because there is nothing that has blessed my life more than serving a mission. The knowledge that i have is so important, and as i have come to understand more of the Atonement of our Savior, the more my desire has grown to share it. I regret being at home and not sharing with my friends, theres not a day goes by that i dont think about it. I now know that i need to share with everyone and it doesnt end either when my mission. As members we should learn to share the gospel with everyone as well. That is how i want to live my faith.
