Hi I'm Sarah

I'm a wife. I'm a mother of four awesome kids. I love having adventures with my family. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm 31 years old and loving life. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and have four really great kids that make our life fulfilling, fun, and at times a little frantic...never a dull moment at our house! We are loving this stage of life, we finally sleep through the night and are done with diapers. What a relief. Now that the kids are getting bigger, we're having so much fun learning new things together. This past winter we decided that as a family we would learn to snowboard. What a blast it has been! Watching the kids make such amazing progress in just one season has been really exciting and has been a really awesome way to get in a little family bonding time. I can't wait until next season. Until then we're going to enjoy the beautiful sunshine, soccer season, camping and hopefully lots of beach days!

Why I am a Mormon

I can't imagine my life without the gospel of Jesus Christ in it. It has been and continues to be the anchor in my life. When I've had lonely moments, I've learned that I am never alone. When I've felt sorrow and loss of loved ones, I've felt peace and joy in my knowledge that families can be together forever. When I've felt of little worth, I've been reminded that I am a daughter of God and of infinite worth. When I've struggled with decisions, I've been blessed by the guidance of the spirit. When I've been sick, I've felt the healing power of the priesthood. And when I'm totally overwhelmed by the many amazing blessings in my life, I know from whom the blessings have come! There are countless ways my life has been blessed because of the gospel. I have come to know for myself that the teachings of the church are true. As I have applied the teachings to my life, as I have prayed for understanding and as I have studied things out in the scriptures the gospel truths have been confirmed and reconfirmed. I love Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father and I recognize this as their church on earth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to do the day to day things, like personal scripture study and prayer as well as with my family...the little things that help me keep Christ a central part of my life. I find great joy in serving others and have been really blessed by the opportunities I've had to serve in the church. I loved working with the young women and had so much fun teaching them and getting to know them, planning camps with them and feeling totally inspired by their faith! And now I'm loving working with the women of the church. What an amazing group that is to be a part of. We are so focused on loving and serving and coming to the aid of others. I've been blessed to realize that as we serve others we really are serving Jesus Christ and doing His work on earth.
