Hi I'm Kate Zeedik

Hi! I'm a wife, mother, a Californian, and a Mormon.

About Me

I love being a wife to my wonderful husband and mother to my five beautiful children. I am a B.Y.U. graduate in Family, Home, and Social Sciences, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy activities with my family, photography, cooking, and the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon. It brings me so much happiness! Living the gospel of Jesus Christ also fills me with love, charity, hope, peace, guidance, and protection as I raise my family. I am so grateful to know of my Heavenly Father's plan for me and my family. I know my purpose in life and what I am striving for. My perspective in life is eternal. I have prayed to know if this gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I have read and studied the scriptures, including the Book of Mormon. I have received a witness of it's truthfulness through the Holy Ghost, and know with a surety that it is true. I will never deny that testimony. I know we have a Heavenly Father who lives and loves us. His Son is Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer of the world. He showed us the perfect way to live and then suffered for each of our sins through His atonement. He died for us and overcame death through his resurrection. He lives and loves us! He has made it possible for us to repent of our sins and live with our families forever. We can live with Him and God forever in happiness! I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God in these latter days who helped to bring about the restoration of the gospel and holy priesthood on the earth today. I know we have a living prophet today, who leads and guides our church as a seer and revealer of God's truth and desires for us. I know that living the commandments of God bring us true joy. How grateful I am to have the knowledge of these truths deep within in my heart. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am very active in my religion, attending church Sunday worship services and weekly activities. I am a leader in a young women's organization 12-18 years of age, and have been for years. I love the youth and enjoy opportunities to serve them and serve with them. I do fun activities with them, teach them pertinent life skills, and teach them principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I encourage them and help them to come to know their Savior and to know of their Heavenly Father's infinite love for them. I am also part of a wonderful sisterhood of women who serve and support each other, learn from each other, and who inspire and lift one another through Christ's teachings.
