Hi I'm Kyle

I live in Wiltshire England, I love to Play Golf, I follow Liverpool FC. I am a National Account Manager. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am the third oldest of 6 Boys. I grew up in Somerset, enjoying the beaches of Cornwall and the walks and beauty of Devon and Exmoor. I love to follow sports, especially Football and Golf. I support Liverpool Football Club and go to Anfeild to watch them play as often as i can with my son, Joshua. I play Golf off a 9 Handicap. I love the game of Golf as it is the only game i play that i compete with myself, i have to be focused for 18 holes, i have to fully concentrate for each shot, and you cant beat hitting a drive 300 yards straight down the middle, with a down hill fairway and a strong wind behind! I am a Husband to Sarah, we have been married 12 years and we have 3 beautiful children, Joshua is 9, Cerys is 6 and Evie is 3, my children mean everything to me and my wife, all we do is for them. I love to spend family time together as often as I can, even though it gets very messy!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Mormon faith. I am now 33 years old. I was taught from a young age the gospel principles of Christ, the teachings from the Bible and the Book of Mormon, and the teachings of the restored gospel and church of Jesus Christ through Joseph Smith, however i was never forced or made to believe these things, it was a decision that i had to make for myself. I was 18 years old at the time and knew that i needed to know for myself if this church was true, and right. I set a goal to find out, i spent at least 6 months attending church, reading the scriptures and praying daily, sometimes twice a day, i was asking to know if it was right. I got an overwhelming feeling of peace and calm that i was doing the right thing. I had thoughts come into my mind of childhood experiences that i had had whilst attending youth camps, listening to other people my age sharing their testimonies of the church, and the teachings of an eternal family was what i wanted for my self. Since that experience i have served a mission for my church helping others feel of the peace and calm, i believe everyone is searching for, but don't always know where to find it, that continued to increase my own belief in the Mormon church, and even now i continue, and will continue to ask for and seek for experiences that will continue to grow my own personal faith. In a nut shell I am a Mormon because it is true, and i am always happy when i live its principles, when i pray together with my little family and when we see miracles happen in our home.

How I live my faith

I was a missionary for my Church from July 1999 - 2001, it was the greatest experience in my life to that point. I love to serve people in my church, my community and my family. I have in the past taught youth from the ages of 12 - 18, i have helped them understand who they are, and what they can become through the principles of my faith. As a family we live our faith together. I love to watch as my 3 year old says her prayers each night before bed asking her Father in Heaven to bless and watch over her nursery friends, and our hamsters, that is what the gospel is about, a simple child like faith. I love to spend time together as a family learning from and teaching each other about Jesus Christ, reading from the Bible and the Book of Mormon. As we have done this together we have learnt that we can be a family unit for Eternity, and we all love that principle. We have seen and felt the hand of God in our lives each day. My children have served their friends and community and have felt the spirit as they have done so, and me and my wife have an eternal seal that comes from living the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
