Hi I'm Roma

I grew up in Philippines. I 'm a Mormon. And I'm proud to be say it. :)

About Me

I'm 20 years old, a young single adult and currently working in government organization. I stop to study from college because I'm going to prepare for my mission. And one of my preparation was to work for my financial support. I know that my family can't 100% support me in terms of my financial need that is why I made a decision to stop from studying and look for a job. I love teaching kids specially in the primary age. I love to dance and sing as well. I was a seminary graduate and pursuing my institute class. My family live with me here in Philippines and they were very supportive to me in terms of my mission and other careers that I was doing. I love to mingle with my friends and I'm very open to know new friends. A friendly, charming girl who was very dedicated to my calling. I always make sure that in whatever things that I will going to do, I will always seek God first in the center of my life and every will be follow.

Why I am a Mormon

I was only 8 years old when I was a member in this church. I was that so young but in regards of my age I know that it is true I felt in my heart that it is true. My parents won't force me to do something, actually they always let me decide for my life. I was a Mormon because I believe that this church is true I live it with my life the gospel of Jesus Christ. It was a life changing for me, this church helps me build up my potentials, talents, knowledge, skills and this church helps me to be who am'I today. I'm very thankful that I met a person who will help me know God and help me understand things beyond my imaginations. I know and I testify to you that this is the only true church in this world. I witness it and I believe that God lives and he always watch us. I believe that he hears our prayer, that he answer our prayers and that he will always wanted to help us. I experience many things and its prove me one thing that there is no precious things this world will define the true meaning of happiness but with our Heavenly father. Being with him in his kingdom is my ultimate goal in my life. And by living and keeping his commandments is not a hard thing to do if you are a Mormon. I love him so much and he is everything to me.

How I live my faith

I grew up in the church and I was always able to attend different activities, and by attending those activities helps me to grew to live the gospel on my life and it help me to became a good person. I love to help other people specially those are in needs and most of the time we help them by serving them in different ways. I was one of our ward single adult representative and we help young single adult to coup up with their problem. Helping them is one of the best thing that I wanted to do, I feel great every time I help them and its increasing my Faith and knowledge every single day. We always organize activities that will benefits a lots of people and showing them that we loved them. We always make sure that this activities will not going to made them just fun but off course spiritual matters. I love to serve these people and I know while serving them I also serving our heavenly father. Its really hard to face this world, to overcome temptations and trials that was happening in our life. But in God nothing is impossible.
