Hi I'm Ammon Lammi

National swimmer, swim teacher, piano, restore cars & love family. I'm a mormon & serving a mission.

About Me

Hello, my name is Ammon, i am currently serving a full time mission for The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Later-Day Saints. Before i came on my mission i was a national swimmer and also taught it. I love to play piano aswell as restoring old muscle cars. i love spending time with my beautiful family, i have 2 older brothers and a twin sister. i love my parents very much as they have been such a big support in my life and an inspiration to my future goals. I love my mission so far and have learnt many things that have changed my life, aswell as the awesome people.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Later-Day Saints. My testimony (belief) in the church was not as strong as i desired it to be. I obeyed and did the things i should, although, i wanted to have an awesome experience for myself that many others had. Through searching and prayer, i received my very own testimony in which i cannot deny.

How I live my faith

Before i came on my 2 year mission for The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Later-Day Saints i had many trials beyond imaginable. Through sincere prayer i know that anything can be achieved when you exercise your faith.,"faith without works is dead". "If any of you lack wisdom, ask of God". My experience was one that words can merely describe, the intensity of that moment was incredible, an experience i'm willing to share when people feel they are having rough times or need their faith to grow. My experience has touched many peoples hearts whether they believe in God or not, i have seen the ways it has blessed many people in the short time i have been serving the lord on my mission.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Ammon Lammi
Firstly, we just want to be friendly by giving service and gaining friendships. Secondly, we try to explain our purpose as a missionary, it is volunteer work in which we give service and share a message about Jesus Christ and the three questions that are frequently asked, Where did we come from? Where are we here? Where are we going? We also like to answer any other questions people may desire to know, including teaching what we believe also. Show more Show less
