Hi I'm Kaylee Briscoe

I love working with flowers and Figure skating and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm 21 years old, currently getting ready to serve a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Provo Utah area. I grew up in a farming community in central west Montana where I participated a lot in 4-H. I have almost completed my Floral Design course via distance learning from Floral Design Institute, Oregon. For the past 4 winter seasons I have pursued my dream of figure skating by taking lessons in Alberta Canada. During the summer I enjoy working in a greenhouse and going hiking. I love spending time with my family and my nephews who always make my day!

Why I am a Mormon

My parents both joined the church when they were in their teens so I grew up always going to church with them and all my siblings. Like most Mormon kids I decided to be baptized when I was 8 years old. Throughout my "growing up" years I continued in my participation in church activities and youth programs and classes that helped me to further understand that I truly am I daughter of a Father in Heaven who knows and loves me and is aware of me. I am a Mormon because it brings great happiness to my life. Through being a member of the church I know that my life has a purpose. I know that through the gospel of Jesus Christ we can find lasting joy and peace.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith by attending church meetings, by studying the scriptures, praying to heavenly father. One way I believe I can live my faith is by trying to love people the way Jesus did.

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

Kaylee Briscoe
The Holy Ghost is the third member of the god head. As Mormons we believe that the Holy Ghost can give us direction and peace in our lives by speaking to our hearts through a feeling or through a quiet voice. Show more Show less
