Hi I'm Taylor

I play lacrosse. Im a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and my passion in life is lacrosse. I have played since i was a sophomore in high school and i played a year in college. I love being active, and I love being out doors. I like to run, hike, snowboard, swim. Pretty much anything that gets me out and moving. I went to college for a year and i want to become a doctor so I can help people. I have taken a short break from school and lacrosse, and have decided to go on a mission. I have been called to serve in the Korea Seoul South Mission, and i have been serving since the 31st of July 2013.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the church, and I don't have a great conversion story. I never had that one moment where all the sudden I knew the church was true. It was a gradual process of revelation. I have seen and felt the truthfulness of it in all aspects of my life. The church has made my life so great and I don't know where I would be with out it. I know that my Heavenly Father knows me. I know that He loves me very much, and that He cares deeply about the desires of my heart. I have read the Book of Mormon, and I have prayed to know if it is true, and I received an answer that it is. The teachings in the Book of Mormon have blessed my life tremendously. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that he restored the only true church on the earth today. I know that my Savior, Jesus Christ, atoned for my sins and died so that I can return and live with him one day. The blessings that the church can bring to someone will be life changing! And all that needs to be done to know if they are true is to ask.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a missionary for the church. I love sharing the gospel to everyone. I think college has really prepared me to go on a mission. It is hard to live the teachings of the gospel in a college environment but I have and I know that it has blessed my life so much. It has strengthened my testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I have also been able to prepare for my mission by sharing the gospel with all the new friends that I have made while being at school.
