Hi I'm Lydia Lind

I am from American Fork, Utah. I love people and music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read. I play the piano and flute and teach lessons for both of those instruments. I just finished my freshman year at BYU and am now going to serve a full time LDS mission is the Lima Peru West mission. I cannot wait!

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of this church because I know it is true with all of my heart. I grew up in the LDS church but I was converted through my prayers and the Spirit of the Lord which testified to me of the truthfulness of Joseph Smith and all he did to bring this church to the earth. The Book of Mormon is a true book and is another testament of Jesus Christ just as the Bible is a testament of Him. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and that he loved me and everyone else so much that he took upon himself our sins, sorrows, weaknesses, pains, and sicknesses and died on the cross so that we can live with Him again. We have a prophet on the earth today just like in the old testament times who can lead an guide us. This gospel brings me joy an the knowledge that I can be with my family for eternity. That in and of itself is an amazing doctrine that has changed my life and can change others.

How I live my faith

One calling that I have had is being a teacher for one of the classes in my church. I have absolutely loved this calling. Studying the material to teach lessons has allowed me to learn more about my faith and helped me to become a better person. I learn so much from those in my class and could not think of a better calling for me right now.
