Hi I'm Samantha Cardon

I grew up on a dairy farm, I love music and being a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints!

About Me

Hi! My name is Samantha, I really love music. And I especially love performing! I play several different instruments. I have two brothers and three sisters. My sisters are incredibly talented musicians, as well as great friends to me! I love them very much!! Some of my greatest memories are from times I've had with my family and especially with my wonderful Mother and Grandmother. They are amazing example of strength, hard work, love, and forgiveness to me. I love my family and this gospel and I'm thankful everyday for the great person they are helping me become.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for one reason. I know that this church is true. I can feel it every time I learn something new about this gospel. I learned for myself that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's true and restored church. The Book of Mormon is true, Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God, and the current apostles and prophet of this church are called of God as His voice to His children today. I love this gospel and I love serving as a missionary in the New Mexico, Farmington Mission till February 2015. I am a Mormon. I know it, I live it, I love it!

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day, one day at a time. Every day I try to pray, read my scriptures, and help those around me. I love my Savior and he helps me to be a better person today than I was yesterday. This gospel is the pathway through which we become more like Him. Though it's not always easy, through our faith and the atonement of Jesus Christ, everything can be made possible.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Samantha Cardon
If you want to know that Mormonism is true, find out for yourself. Study the things we teach, keep the commandments, read the Book of Mormon, ponder the things you are learning, pray, and the most important of all: apply them to your life. It is only through trial and error that we can learn for ourselves if the things we are learning are true. Those are the same things that every Mormon has to do to develop a testimony in this gospel. If you honestly want to KNOW, pray to our Heavenly Father, and you will feel peace in your heart and you will know that what you are learning is from God. Show more Show less
