Hi I'm Nicole

I oil paint. I love good food and creating art through cooking. I'm a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My lighthouse painting is currently on display in downtown Salt Lake for the International Art Exhibit! Oil painting is one of my favorite artistic outlets. Also, tennis captured my athletic attention in high school, and now I'm a full time missionary for the Lord in the Japan Tokyo Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Everyone needs their own conversion story, even if they grew up in the Church like I did. My mom raised me in the LDS faith, but when I visited my dad I deeply missed the peace that the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ brings into my life. That striking contrast, along with the joy and peace and guidance I receive from the Book of Mormon are core foundations of my testimony. Knowing my Heavenly Father and that He loves me is precious knowledge; the Gospel brings me a deep and abiding joy that only His truth can bring. I love having purpose and being happy and I love Him!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being happy--Jesus Christ's gospel is of peace and joy, not doubt and misery. His gospel has brought the greatest joy in my life.

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

Nicole
The Holy Ghost, or the Spirit, guides me and inspires me to do good in my life. Because the Holy Ghost has testified that my Savior atoned for me, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet, and that the Book of Mormon is true, I have come to know for myself. The Holy Ghost bears witness of truth. Show more Show less
