Hi I'm Carmen Sanchez

I grew up with music constantly influencing my life. I'm a DREAMER. I'm pursuing a career in Medicine. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I LOVE music and dancing (basically, I love having wholesome crazy fun)! My inner passion for Mathematics and Science, and my WHOLE CHILDHOOD has paved my path to pursue the challenging (but NOT impossible) goal to enter the Medical field to obtain a degree in Pediatrics/Research in Cancer for children. I enjoy being with my completely INSANE, but AMAZING family. On top of all that, I enjoy hanging out with as many friends as I can... Because I live my social life with this main phrase in mind, "Carpe Diem" (Seize the Day)!!! I'm preparing to continue until I complete my education and, hopefully, squeeze in a mission before I meet my eternal companion. I'm not ashamed of my religion, because it has made me who I am today. I know this church is true, and I can proudly say this statement without a single doubt, because I have so many personal experiences that will support my upmost decision to live my life as a Child of God.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I was placed on this Earth to follow in Christ's footsteps. I'm not perfect, but Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us without a single doubt! I'm working very hard on improving my character and helping others along the way to find the love of God. I do believe that this church is true and that eternal happiness can only come true if you: PRAY and live your life to the fullest with His love. These scriptures basically summarizes why I am a Mormon... 1 Nephi 3:7 D&C 121:45 Amen :)

How I live my faith

I live my faith without judgement and without FEAR! I know it may sound impossible, but with the lord on your side... Anything is POSSIBLE :) I try to be an example to anyone that crosses my path in life. I've dealt with A LOT of rejection from friends and classmates because they've stereotyped me to be an "AMISH Mormon"?! Well... They're WRONG! I have no shame to say that I'm completely sociable and easy to get along with, because I'm just that spiritually inviting and great as a person. I encourage you to be that light in a world of darkness. Do a random act of kindness. And, ultimately, ask yourself everyday (no matter what you're doing), "What would Jesus do?" It may sound cheesy and childish, but it's the basic steps we need to follow in order to help ourselves grow stronger and bring others into that warm and loving light of Christ.
