Hi I'm Diana

I was adopted when I was 11. I am preparing to serve a full time mission in Seattle Washington .I am Mormon.

About Me

I am a senior in high school, and I just finished beauty school. I am now working as a waitress, and even though it is fun my passion is taking care of people and how they they can feel better through there looks. How people feel about themselves is very important, and if i can make someone smile because of a new haircut,or a new look its all worth it!!

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 10 years old I was in the foster system with my two sisters, and brother. It was so rare for a family of four to get adopted so there was little to no hope for all of us to stay together. I was 10 so i would probably never gotten adopted, but we found a home where they wanted all four of us, and they wanted us forever. They where members of the church, and I remember on the first day of church they were talking about being baptized, and I didn't know what that meant but I knew it made me happy. I wanted to learn about the Church and what it was about and I did, and a year later I was baptized.

How I live my faith

I am getting ready to serve a full time mission in Washington Seattle. If I could be any more excited I think I would explode. I am attending mission prep, and temple prep classes and I love them.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

When missionary's enter your home they will share a message about what we truly believe, and that is that we are children of a Heavenly Father who loves us. Because he loves us so much he wants us to return to live with him again some day. He sent his son Jesus Christ to show us the way we should go. Jesus was a perfect example of how we should live our lives, Jesus was baptized even though he was perfect, so because of this we must to also follow him in to the waters of baptism so we can fully be a part of everything he has planed for each of us.
