Hi I'm Jason Ibey

I’m a Mormon. I enjoy watching movies and hockey, attending church, eating at restaurants, and being with my family.

About Me

I am the oldest of five children. I am the father of two amazing girls who are joy of my life. I became a licensed attorney in 2012 and practice in the area of consumer rights.

Why I am a Mormon

As a Christian, I have a testimony of Jesus Christ as my savior and redeemer, and as the perfect example of obedience and love. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the restored Church of Jesus Christ in these latter days, having been restored by the prophet Joseph Smith, Jr. in 1830. I believe the Book of Mormon, like the Bible, is holy scripture given to us by a loving Father in Heaven for the purpose of leading us to Christ. I know that obedience to the commandments of God brings happiness in this life and will bring external joy in the next. I know that families can be together forever through the blessings of living the Gospel standards and sacred ordinances performed in the Holy Temples.

How I live my faith

My parents and grandparents are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (a.k.a. the Mormon Church). I became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ when I was eight years old. When I was nineteen, I served a voluntary two-year mission for the Church in Venezuela. I actively volunteer my time in various capacities as a member of the Church.
