Hi I'm Nicolini

I am an American as well as a Brazilian. I love to smile and make people happy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the third of five girls in my family. I grew up singing, dancing, and playing music. I did three semesters of college and still haven't decided on a major. I have been called to serve in the Argentina Bahia Blanca Mission. I love being happy and being a Brazilian makes that very easy! I am proud of who I am and of my heritage. I grew up in the Church and am proud to be a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I grew up in the Church I had my doubts and insecurities. I spent part of my life doing things I know would not have pleased the Father. I thought I was "happy" but I still felt that something wasn't right. When I decided I wanted to change I knew it would not be easy and it would be a decision that would impact the rest of my life but I knew that it was what I was supposed to do. I struggled a lot and I felt a lot of pain and sorrow but I experienced the beautiful and wonderful love and atonement of the Savior. I can look at myself now and not see the pain and the guilt. I finally recognize myself as who I truly am. A daughter of the one true King. Life is still really tough but I keep doing my very best and trust the the Lord will take me the rest of the way. I know God is real and that He loves us more than we can ever imagine. I know Jesus Christ suffered and died for us so we can become like He is. I know that when we look to them in everything we do, in all the decisions we make, they will help us. I have also learned that God does not take our trials and hardships from us, but rather He grants us the strength to be able to bear those trials. And we can look back and see how far we have come. I am a Mormon because being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has brought my joy and peace into my life that I did not even know existed. God is love my friends. And He patiently waits for you to accept His love.

How I live my faith

I have spent the last year working with the sisters in my ward. I love getting to know them and learning from their experiences. I have learned so much about the love of our Savior and how important it is to show that love to those around us.
