Hi I'm Hali

I am a missionary in Boston Massachusetts. I am a kidney transplant recipient. I love to be happy. I LOVE being a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in Utah. I was studying Family Studies in college so I can become a Child Life Specialist. I am currently serving as a missionary in the Massachusetts Boston area. I love to sing, play the piano and cello, and love to play tennis. I received a kidney transplant in 2010 from my cousin. I love to smile and make others happy. I am just a regular person. There is nothing extraordinary about me, yet I know that God loves me and knows me individually.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church and have learned to love it with all my heart! The knowledge that this gospel provides has helped me through many hard times. Without it, I would be completely lost and would have felt alone many times. But with it, I know that Heavenly Father loves us, has a plan for us, knows us individually, infinitely, and intimately, and He has never left us alone and He never will. When I was first diagnosed with kidney failure, I felt like no one understood what I was feeling and experiencing. But I realized that Jesus Christ has felt everything I have experienced, everything I currently experience, and everything I will experience. He has walked where I have. This gospel brings me true happiness and joy. That is why I am a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I involve myself in institute and love serving people around me. I love to talk about the gospel of Jesus Christ any chance I get. I am serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 18 months in the Massachusetts Boston area.
