Hi I'm Stephan J. Ortiz

I'm Sculpturer. I'm a Dungeons and Dragons Player. I'm a Art student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student at a nearby university. I am majoring in Art, with currently three semesters under my belt.I specailize in Sculpting and Cermaic Arts. I used to be in band for about seven years, through out middle school and high school, before I moved on to Art. I have have four friends that I've been with since high school that currently attend the same university as me. We're usually too busy to spend time together, but we still find time every Friday night to play a little Dungeons and Dragons. I live a simple life. I am currently on my mission serving in the Provo, Utah Spanish speaking Mission. It's a blast making friends with people everday here in the area and I hope I can be an guiding light for them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a born into the church. I am currently still a member of the church. I continue to be a member of this not because it's where I started my life but because I have lived a very blessed life in this church. I know that the church is true and that we have a living prophet on this earth today that acts our seer and revelator. He is a man of God that helps us better understand his teachings everyday. I know that the church is the reason that I have lived such a clean life and I am so greatful for it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the teachings given to me by the Book of Mormon, revelations through our Prophet and through my daily prayers. I attend our church's sacrament meetings every Sunday. I share my beliefs with my friends and coworkers through my humble actions and examples. I do my best to live a clean life by following the word of wisdom. Since I'm now on my mission I also personally study the scriptures everyday and try my very best to learn the language given to me.
