Hi I'm Dallin Stirling

I grew up in Australia. I served in the Army, now I'm serving a misison. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Brisbane, Australia. There are 5 kids in my family and a single working mother. I loved school and sports like tennis, volleyball, judo, mountain biking and running. Straight after school I served full time in the Australian Army. I am now serving as a full time missionary in Kobe, Japan.

Why I am a Mormon

In high school I had to decide whether or not I considered myself a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I thought about if it made my life better or worse. I read from the Book of Mormon and prayed to God. I felt strongly that it would benifit me and the people around me most if I commited to being a Mormon. My experience in the Army confirmed that decision as a correct one. I saw many people that lived by standards very different to my own, and the struggles they experienced. I tried to show them that following Jesus Christ would help them be happier. Some of them tried it out, and saw success. I loved seeing that joy in their life so much that I decided to make it a massive part of my life, by serving as a full time missionary.

How I live my faith

I love what the gospel of Jesus Christ has done for me, and I hope that others can enjoy the same blessings. I am working full time to make that dream a reality. I try to help people young and old, single and married, good and bad, in improving their life and their relationship with God and the people around them.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?
