Hi I'm Danielle

I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am 22 years old and I am a studying Physical Geography at the University of Greenwich. I love the Earth and have a deep interest in its development and its creation. I love science, I love nature and I love culture and am therefore LOVING my degree. I enjoy being outside. I take part in extreme sports such as climbing, kayaking and mountaineering. I am married to a wonderfully intelligent and talented young man and am very blessed to be so. While life throws its challenges I love love love it.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church when I was 15 years of age; I had never before concidered religion and was under no desire to be "bound down" by rules. But when two faithful young missionaries sat down and taught me why I am here, where I have come from and where I am going..I couldn't help but feel a familiarity with what they where teaching me, like I knew it to be true having never heard it before. These two missionaries taught me about my saviour - a man who made a perfect sacrifice out of pure love for me so that I might live; That Joseph Smith, a young boy was called to be a prophet in this dispensation of time and that through fervent prayer and obedience he restored the gospel on earth; and that there is a God and he is my heavenly father... There was and is to this day no doubt in my mind that this church is true, I have a heavenly father that loves me; KNOW IT and I LOVE IT.

How I live my faith

I know that as Children of God we each have a purpose in this life. Everything I do is because I believe And know that I have a purpose on earth. Albert Einstein Taught - " There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle or you can live as if everything is a miricle" Christ is my miracle, He lived a perfect life, a life of kindness and of giving. He taught us to have faith in heavenly father, to be humble patient and full of love, by applying these principles and emmulating his example we can find joy and happiness in all things.
