Hi I'm Justin

I grew up in Boise, Idaho. I enjoy working with computers and filmmaking. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am attending college at Brigham Young University - Idaho and I love it there! My major is Computer Engineering. I enjoy making short films with my family and friends. I also love camping in the mountains and whitewater rafting. Family is a big part in my life as we get together with extended family to do activities to strengthen our love for and support each other. I will soon be serving as a missionary for the LDS Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because there is no other way that I have found by which I can come closer to my Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. I feel the Spirit so strong in my life and I have come to know for myself that His gospel is true. I know that God loves me and I love Him. I know that the messages and doctrines in the Book of Mormon are true. I know that Christ restored His church here upon the earth again through the prophet, Joseph Smith and that we continue to receive revelation (communication from God to man) today through His current prophet, Thomas S. Monson. I know that as we strive to live God's commandments and repent of our sins, that we can come closer to Him and receive a "fullness of joy" and live forever in His presence with our families.

How I live my faith

I am a home teacher who teaches and supports several families in my ward. I have been a young men's group president, executive secretary, and an instructor for 18-30 year-old young men. I also had the opportunity to serve the youth as a co-chairman in our area Youth Committee. I enjoy reading the scriptures as they help me answer my life's questions and learn of Jesus Christ. I particularly love reading the Book of Mormon as is has helped me come much closer to Christ. I love my family and have plans to raise one of my own some day.
