Hi I'm Ammon

I've lived in Utah my whole life, I was homeschooled ,and I was raised a Mormon and still am a Mormon.

About Me

I was homeschooled my whole life and about sophmore year I started competing Cross Country and Track for a local high school. Running has become one of the biggest things for me in my life. Outside of school and running I love working hard, and I like knowing that every time I finish a job I've done the best I can do.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this church but as I got older and started understanding things better and seeing the miracles of life I truly gained a complete faith in the Lord. I feel a strong love in this church and through constant prayer I've been blessed with everything I need to know that this is the Lords church, most importantly I've felt Gods love and I know he cares for us all.

How I live my faith

I know that with Gods help all things are possible. Many people comment at times about how I always have a positive attitude for everything no matter what, and I know that the only reason I can keep a good attitude at times is due to my faith and testimony in Christ and his undying love for all of his children on this earth.

What is the Word of Wisdom that Mormons talk about?

Ammon
personally I've always followed this to the letter since I'm so big into running, it helps you life a very healthy life and whatever challenge I come up against in running I know I can beat it. Due to following this I've lived healthy and have trained at high elevatins running 15 miles or more every day, plus I feel great knowing I can follow Gods law and still have fun and succeed in anything I put my mind to.
