Hi I'm Tyler Ashton

I love cold weather. I'm in Norway on a Mission. I like to help people find truth! I'm a Mormon and always will be.

About Me

I was born in Salt Lake City. My parents are LDS, and I've grown up active in the church. I love music, I love making music. I can't sing. I was in the Marching Band, I played the Sousaphone. I love this Gospel and have a Firm Testimony of it's truthfulness!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this Gospel. I was one fortunate enough to know from a young age that we are God's children and He loves us. I was 16 when I gained my own testimony. I had a wonderful seminary teacher who dared us to gain a testimony for ourselves. I was wavering at the time. I didn't know that I could fully rely on my parents anymore, so I decided it was time to find out for myself. I asked the Lord if this is the true church and if the Book of Mormon was true. He guided me to the scripture I needed to find. I gained a testimony right then and there, and haven't looked back!

How I live my faith

I was a primary teacher for the last year and I loved it! I've really enjoyed teaching these kids and hope that they grow and develop into active members of the church! I try every day to be better than the day before. I try to live my day as if the Savior was sitting there next to me, and He is! I'm now a full-time missionary in Norway! I love it! Helping these people find their faith in Christ is the best thing in the world!

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Tyler Ashton
Absolutely. It wouldn't be heaven without your family! Why would Our God give us a family and then take them away after we realize how much we love them? He wouldn't. We will be with our families for eternity, and I know that to be a truth! Show more Show less
