Hi I'm Charlotte

I live in England, I study accounting, I play the piano, I love to read and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read, i have shelves of books everywhere! Fantasy is my favorite genre. I love to sing, listen music and i love to play the piano. I am studying accounting but wish to teach maths and physics, which i will be able to do in a year or so. I am shy around new people but can talk non stop once you get to know me. I am known to be friendly, helpful and nerdy as i love maths but i am now outgoing and like to have fun. All in all i am you normal quirky girl.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and my family has always been in the gospel. I went through the youth program and had 2 sister in the church. At first i attended because my family did. However when i reached the age of 15-16 i began to realize that i had my own testimony. I prayed and bore my testimony when i could to help strengthen it and test it. Through these tests i gained my own knowledge of the truthfulness of the gospel and not through burning feelings or visions but just through those quiet moments where i felt. "This is True". Now i follow the gospel because i love it with all my heart and i know that Jesus is the Christ and i am so grateful for the leaders and opportunities i have because of the church. I'm a Mormon because i know i should be.

How I live my faith

I have a calling in the youth program and often teach lessons and prepare activities for our youth night. We try to make it fun but educational at the same time. I also occasionally play the organ at my local ward and play for other events. I also attend a Young Single Adult class on Wednesdays where we have a lesson and then play volleyball. I also participate in 3 church choirs, YSA, my ward choir and Stake choir as i believe music is a great way to feel the holy ghost and also proclaim our feelings.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

Charlotte
God is our Father in Heaven. We are created in his image and he has a body like us. Made of flesh and bones but his is immortal. He is perfect and has the greatest glory of all things. He has the greatest love for all his children and because of this he made a plan that we can all return to him. He knows us individually and separately as we are all special to him. He is merciful and just and wishes the best for his children. Show more Show less
